"I have worked for PwC for a year now and have found the Service Delivery Center to be unfair to its workers. There is constant turnover with its employees as the majority of them are unhappy with their pay and advancement opportunities. I would not recommend working there."

Senior Manager

"PwC is an excellent place to work when flexibility is required. However, the pay scale and opportunities to advance are very poor unless you are in a customer facing position. The average increase per year is 1-3%, the average bonus is 2% and the pay scale is about 30% lower for senior managers than is found elsewhere."

Executive Assistant

"Recent changes in management and job description/roles has created a very low morale amongst the administrative staff which unfortunately has been ignored. Quite a few seasoned EA's that have been with PwC 10 years + have resigned as a result of the new management."

"It's been a nice place to work for but no longer. They treat the Executive Assistants as if they murdered someone, and it is the worst place I've ever worked as an EA."

"I think PwC is more focused on core consulting and financial audit services. Technology consulting is a proprietary service they offer. Thus they don't focus in technology growth model."
