"We're not busy enough. we need more referrals in order to stay busy"

"Need more Sales and marketing people but cant afford to hire them."

"Property Damage restoration can be very challenging. The rewards come in being able to help people when they need help the most. To restore the property back to pre-loss condition."

"In sales, it takes someone with a tough skin. it takes much longer to develop business relationships than I was told."

"Inconsistency in work. Not knowing when you will receive that call to help those in need."
