"I've been at PURE Insurance for one year in an entry level role. The company has a youthful energy and a lot of company pride, which makes it a great place to start your career. It also comes with incredible benefits and very generous PTO on top of an interactive and rewarding training program. The company is about 15 years old, and is growing out of a startup mentality into a corporate business, which has its growing pains. Much of the mobility promised within the company is an outdated promise they give to new hires as the company has grown to be twice the size in just a few years. Similarly, their compensation is not where it could be given the work load asked of their entry level staff, who are advertised as their main marketing ploy. Expectations are high but easy to meet if the effort is put forth; however, they do not have enough roles higher up to promote those who deserve it and expect it to come in the time frame initially promised."
