"Networking with professionals. My co-workers, my boss. Giving students a chance to seek higher educational opportunities. Finding scholarships for students."
What don't you like about working at Purdue University?
"I handled the whole south Texas region. That included Eagle Pass to Corpus Christi and all the way to the border. Driving in those areas was not very safe and sometimes I would be on the road late at night. This is when the border towns started becoming increasingly volatile."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Realizing that getting a student to invest in your school should be about educating that student and that other circumstances or opportunities may arise for them and they might not attend."
"My position was a year long internship so I was not able to gain all of the benefits as a full time employee."

"It was close to home and class. I was able to gain experience of a real publication and design workload of a professional designer."

"It was only an internship. I wanted a full time job with them."
