"Have the opportunity to explored the purchasing experience overseas , because most of the the machinery was built in europa, also created conections among vendors locally , learn to work in the machine shop, and excel my invontory experience"

"besides the high tempenrature in the floor, I could say the lack of opportunities, at least it was when I was there."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I want to say that, In this particular case, most of the operators get to know very well their machines, even sometimes they had to do some repairs, so created a program that stimulates employees to get traning , with some sort of compensation scale that could motived internal employees."
