"more structure is needed and less micro management. Treat employees as part of a team as opposed to replacement parts."
"Management is not loyal to long time employees. Pay is alright. Management as a whole is not supportive to supervisors. They play the favorite game. They talk down to employees. Training suffers greatly - it's sink or swim. Management is unprofessional. Customer service as a whole suffers tremendously which leads to customers finding other companies. It is not the same company as five years ago."
