"My personal dislike was not about Pulte Homes but the commute from the Virginia Beach area to Loudon County each week."

"I would suggest that some team and individual competition be created to encourage employees to strive for excellence in their work ethics on a routine basis, such as employee of the month, quarter, and the year. Continuing a standard of excellence is what I believe Pulte Homes is all about, and a healthy competition would keep it in the forefront on a daily basis."
