"I am a selector at Publix distribution center in Georgia. I've been there for four years. I really enjoy working at the distribution center. The people are great and the supervisors help you out every chance they get. I really enjoy working for Publix. We get a Christmas bonus every year, we get a couple weeks vacation, we get ASAP holiday pay and the supervisors work with your schedule. I recommend other people work for Publix, it's a great company."

"The work is fairly demanding because customers can be a pain to deal with, but the job itself still feels monotonous and dull."

"My suggestion for management is for them to relax. Just because we are busy does not mean you need to run around and yell at everyone."
