What do you like about working at Public Service Electric & Gas?

"It was a lot of fun setting up the non-regulated division and training a staff that never had to sell anything for PSEG before due to their mopoloy status. And it was great obtaining many deals for cogeneratio, distributed generation in sizes fron 150 Kw to 600 Mw in North & Southamerica. Aditionally, I had complete atonomy in running this business unit."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The company is no longer what it was when I held a position there. So they would need to be looking for a straight forward utility company position, now located in Newark NJ"

What don't you like about working at Public Service Electric & Gas?

"The Board of Directors were having a very hard time trying to figure out just how to seperat their generation assetts from the distribution (wires) in order to fit in with the new regulations. This ultimately was the demise of my business unit when they desided to only keep there large bundled power plants and drop all deregulated sales and put the wires part under the new regulated entity"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To late, what's done is done"
