"The long trips away from loved ones can be a bummer but when put in perspective it is all worth it."

"Stop reducing the force. We have a great Navy team but I fear it is growing weak with downsizing."

"I like my coworkers, the mission, and my boss. I also appreciate the stability and being able to have my family as a priority."

"I'm not being challenged, I believe I'm worth considerably more in salary and the environment is slightly constrained."

"Management works with the constrains that are provided to them."
