What don't you like about working at PSCU Financial Services?
"Employees are treated as disposable. There is no consistency in your schedule, even if you're full time and have been there a long time. The job itself is way to stressful for what it is and what you're getting paid. This is very evident in the turnover rate. It's so bad that they started hiring temps so that they don't count towards the turnover rate."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Upper management has no idea what is going on in the lower levels because middle management is busy covering things up for each other. Upper management needs to check out conditions for themselves instead of just taking the word of people that are only looking out for themselves. The company talks about having an employee workplace, but fails to follow through."
