"The company is unfortunately very poorly run with very few processes in place. No head of HR and up until recently no CFO, the lack of transparency is staggering. With the right leadership the company would have good potential but I would encourage a job seeker to look at alternate companies in the data security space where they can enjoy an environment where they can learn from good managers and enjoy a positive career progression path based on performance."
