2.5Prosum, is a great company as far as the people are concerned however, the IMS (Managed IT) department is very unorganized and the documentation is horrible. From a support perspective it is almost impossible to do your job and provide any kind of decent customer service. The onboarding process needs serious work, and the documentation for each client needs organized in a way that you can easily find and provide answers to issues.
3.9Worked for Prosum Technology Services for about 4 years as a contractor and had no issues with any of the clients I was sent out to work with. The company kind of was hands off with me but provided me with any help I needed when I asked for it. Overall my personal experience has been limited to just the client and not the company.
