Keep you mouth shut, do your job, because if you open it tere will be relatiaion by management that HR and senior management will not react to."

"Stay clear, they need a lotof time to clean up thier act. All they care about is bottom line and are cut throa to get there. They have reduced LO commission 4 times in 12 months while posting record earnings. Go elsewhere"

What don't you like about working at Prosperity Mortgage?

"failure of upper management, president and senior executives have no clue, nor do they realy seem to care what is hapening in the operational level as long as the company is profitable."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Clean up your act and clean house. You have people that have been there 15+ years and a president that has been there 2, it is time to clean house and to get an understanding of operations and what is truly happening with your organization. How you can properly run c company without knowing all details of its operations is a major fault of the company. Perhaps management should read these comments and posts to truly understand what is happening."
