Proscia Employee

"Great mission but toxic workplace! You get a sense of everyone being nice and on your side but when it comes to offering help, no one knows how to help or cares. They don’t believe in quality training. You are left to your own. After a few months, it was clear that they will fire you or keep you IF you are the right kind of person. I saw bad things happen and they believe one-sided stories. People got fired for non-fireable reasons due to toxic or bad managers. Totally unfair. How can this company ever be considered one of the best in the market with this kind of values or managers?"
