Propel Marketing Employee

"Overall this company has a lot of promise. However, there are several major "kinks" that need to be worked out before they can truly be a great employer. Some of the management is pretty unqualified. More specifically, several of the managers here are very knowledgeable in their fields, but they lack the basic skills that are needed to be good leaders of people. Because this company is still relatively new, there is a major lack of process and organizational structures."
