"It was a relaxed work environment which encouraged and rewarded creativity."

"While skills in Photoshop and Illustrator are key, web design skills will take you far there now, if you're lucky enough to find them hiring.."
What don't you like about working at Digital Graphics Advantage?
"Only that the commute was sometimes difficult, but the job and the environment were so ideal, the commute was well worth it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None. I only hope they can find a way forward that lets them thrive and stop having to lay people off, which has been going on for years."

"At Universal Studios, I was a proofreader and researcher for three TV shows at the network."
What do you like about working at Universal Studios?
"I liked having access to taped shows prior to editing. I liked writing the synopses for the shows, that went out to TV guide, etc."

"Do your research. See if working in this type of television is the right fit for you,"

"There was a wealth of insecurity and everyone was afraid they'd lose their job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give encouragement to your workers when they're doing a good job. Don't make them wonder whether their job is on the line. It makes for a hostile working environment."

"Do your research. See how others have been treated by them and/or why they left. See if it's the right fit for you."

"I didn't like that you were treated as another cog in the wheel and I had 8 different bosses, each with their own needs and ways of telling you how to do your job."

"Employees are people, not possessions. Treat them as the former and you'll get better results."

"I enjoy the blend of independent and collaborative work and the positive atmosphere"

"It depends on the position; mine probably can't be expanded too much, if at all, but that is the nature of the work. In order to advance my career, I would probably have to change jobs completely, in or out of the company."

"I feel that there is little room for growth in my own position; the work I do does not take much brain-power or creative thinking."

"I would try to be more communicative with my employees."

"The workflow is generally not overly rushed and there are sufficient resources available."

"Be ready to jump ship for any better offer after getting experience."

"The resources are dwindling and the problem is exacerbated by poor management."

"Everything. Stop genericizing all properties and understaffing papers to stop the death spiral."

"Low salary. Poor management. Customer service employees are rude and do not work as a team."

"Consider and valor good employees. Pay should be much higher."

"If the position is in management it is a great company to work for."

"Morale is low and management doesn't seem to know or care what goes on when they aren't around. Best part of this job is that it helped me to better deal with continuous frustrations in an effective and productive manner. The experience was helpful but the distribution of work needs improvement."

"More equality in the workplace. Paying more attention to employee's needs."
