Any given day I am tackling anything from creating a client promotional presentation to collecting vendor quotes, creating estimates with varying margin, completing purchase orders, doing graphic artwork for the orders, managing a web store, or updating the company's social media. It is far from monotonous and I have great relationships with our clients."

What do you like about working at Graphicon?
"I love the ability to use both analytical skills and creative skills. One minute I'm creating a quote and contacting vendors for bids, the next I'm designing a t-shirt or laying out a logo for a promotional product order. It's never the same day-to-day."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be ready to take on multiple functions in this company. No one does just one job and everyone knows a little of everyone else's job."
What don't you like about working at Graphicon?
"I don't like the lack of growth. It's a small family-owned company and they are happy with the size of the company and do not have the drive or desire to grow sales dramatically or increase the number of employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I have been asking for an addition to the sales staff to increase leads, projects, and ultimately sales. We need a dedicated driven individual for sales and without one the company's growth remains flat."
