"The process is quite flexible, so do not have fixed format."

"We have now less parties from office, which is bad."

"More outdoor activities helps building employees' trust in the company."

What do you like about working at Main Sail?
"The ability to work independantly to accomplish the task assigned."

"Be aware that it's contract work with the federal government. Keep your options open and work to increase your knowledge base and experience."
What don't you like about working at Main Sail?
"Government contracts are of a limited nature and there is no guarantee of long term work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My manager was very supportive given the nature of the contract we were working on. He addressed, supported and resolved all issues within his control. I have no issues to speak of."

"I enjoy the collaborative approach to project management. All levels of the organization are involved in adopting a solution."

"Be sure you under the difference between working for the UCLA Hospital and the UCLA outpatient clinics. They both operate like separate entities."
What don't you like about working at UCLA Health System?
"Due to budget cuts, there currently is not room for significant growth."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give more emphasis to conducting post-implementation project quality reviews to ensure solutions are not only adopted but are sustained over the long-term."
