"Wesley Woods was a private hospital that has since been taken over by Emory University. My understanding is that this transition fixed many of the internal problems WW experienced."

What do you like about working at United States Army?

"I enjoyed working with the patients - seeing them get better."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"Again, these issues were more related to independent management which has now been fixed by WW being brought under the Emory University umbrella."

"Since the organization has changed since I have been there, difficult to determine what would be a reasonable suggestion other than; greater teamwork is needed and cooperation between departments."

"The telecommuting aspect was great, as it afforded me much flexibility in balancing my work and personal life."

"The lack of a stable, well-orchestrated sales force/infrastructure contributing to a weak sales pipeline leading to other issues such as withholding or reneging on bonus comp altogether."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need to invest a little more in their sales platform to ensure a robust client services pipeline so they can retain good producers and senior managers to deliver, and build, the business."
