"The company getting bad.I've been working for them for 4years now. My thoughts are don't work here.Sure they start out nice and things turn your fast. The Sales coach's are inexperienced in the field of management. If you're having a bad day prepared to be harassed by the management. To be honest do keep records of what was said by the management just in case.Play dum up to a point with management.Be careful about what you say."
"Almost three years working for Progrexion in IT. A lot of technical debt and the best people leaving the company constantly."
"Nothing much.. nice work place with good people around!"
"I like the Company Culture."
"As someone else said, this is a soulless company. Their so-called Sales Coaches have no coaching experience in coaching people. They have no idea how to treat people fairly, if you sell a lot you can get by with more but if you don't they weed you. They are arrogant and spiteful people who think they are saving the world when all they look at is the bottom line! They go through employees like crap through a goose because they don't care, they will work you without breaks to stay on the phones due to high call loads. Their coaches are the worst so-called "managers" I have ever seen in my life, young, inexperienced and no clue as to what they are doing when it comes to training people. What a sad place, most customers have no clue how they got called by us and get excessive amounts of calls from Progrexion a day and get annoyed by it and threaten to sue."
"I worked for this company for just over 90 days. In that time, it was said that they were not a "numbers company." This is untrue; they tell you that, but really you'll get put on notice for not meeting your numbers. 6-8 transfers a day and at least 2 closes per day is what they actually expect. Additionally, for dealing with days where calls are coming in faster than you can take them, the pay isn't really worth it. There are very friendly, open people who work for this company. It is very team oriented. It has a lot of perks, such as things you can win and days related to food, and other prizes and contests and their benefits packages are reasonable. However, overall, I did feel that what I was selling day after day was a scam. I cannot be sure that this is the case, but often times I felt like I was working for evil. In general, it is a very positive environment, and working from home is one of the perks on many of the teams, but fundamentally it is kind of a scam and kind of a soulless company to work for."
"Since starting with Progrexion, I have come to enjoy and love what I do. My direct coworkers and manager are a hard working team and I am proud to see the accomplishments we have provided the business. The company culture at the beginning was amazing and only recently has been faltering, but I look forward to the changes and hope to see some of that culture return. Many companies have been in business a long time and have only recently returned to what made them great places to work."
"This is not a real sales opportunity. I would never go back."
