"Loved the company- the people. They really care about their employees. We were treated very well and there was always an air of trying to help. All employees would help each other- no matter what you needed. It was very rewarding and you wanted to work harder for the company because you felt it was appreicated."
What don't you like about working at Progress Fuels?
"I felt that, because the government was stopping an integral part of my job and, therefore, my job was going away- they were slowly pulling things away- I was seperated from the business unit I reported to- I was given a boss that had not done anything close to contracts before- I just felt that they were giving up early and I was stuck all alone."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do not depend on what your process says- if someone is ready for the next step or someone can manage a project- let them do it. Give them the benefit - instead of not letting them because of protocal..."
