"Listen to all employees before making decisions about benefits and things that all the employees will be getting.."

"I had a blast with this position. Working in a call center, you never knew what was going to happen from one day to the next."

"Again, working with lawyers is tough. But as always, be yourself and be confident."

"There was a lot of down time if there were not calls coming in."

"Working with lawyers is tough. They have a tendency to be very starch."

"Be yourself and dont lie. Its an amazing organization with some great people"

"Growth Opportunity provided by UNM were very little for this particular job"

"There is too much delegation of work and no room for creativity/."
What do you like about working at Travelers?
"It is a decent working environment with somewhat flexible working conditions. Many great tools to expand my skills are made available."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Study the job requirements and be prepared to relate those to your experiences."
What don't you like about working at Travelers?
"The working environment may be flexible, but the culture is very rigid, as should be expected at a hundreds year old institution. However, my main disinterest with remaining at this company is the permanent need to relocate to Hartford Connecticut."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Senior and executive management has a tendency to shuffle staff around on a regular basis to be more efficient. However, when staff changes dramatically on a near bi-weekly cycle, the efficiency gains are offset by continual learning of new roles that needs to be conducted."

What do you like about working at Vista del Mar Hospital?
"I enjoyed the continuum of care offered that was allowing clients to be admitted to acute phase and stabilize and go into other programs that were appropriate for their clinical needs without having to change to an entirely diffferent setting. This allowed patients to bond with staff and clinicians which minimized stress and allowed the trust to be beneficial in allowing treatment by the various clinicians."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It is quite important to learn as much as possible about the mission, vision, goals of the company. Undertand and know the players and how things run and currently operate. Know what you can provide and what enviornment you are best suited for."
What don't you like about working at Vista del Mar Hospital?
"Bureaucratic issues were my main complaint,. The company was going through top level senior management issues and made it difficult to establish consistency. Many of the providers of care have also been at this facility for so many years that it made it difficult to change systems of care. or any organizational improvements. Too many physicians had ego involvement and made offering of chaange and innovation difficult."
