"It would be a good idea to have some functional knowledge of manufacturing based companies, a computer engineering degree alone is not going to cut it."
What don't you like about working at Future Visions?
"Lack of opportunity for growth. Sometimes, I felt like the other consultants relied too much on me."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Maybe to have a little better and more formalized training program in place to get new consultants up to speed."

"People and Products of the company. They are all passionate and talented, so that I could learn a lot from them. Juniper products are just great. They are always cutting-edge and stable."

"I just suggest this company to others having an interest. They will never regret on their service for this company."
What don't you like about working at Juniper Networks?
"Expansion strategies are not quite good. One of the most important goals is to get bigger. However, no sign that they have good plans for this."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To get much bigger and defeat their competitors, smarter shopping skill must be required like their biggest competitor."
What do you like about working at Avid Technology?
"The products are excellent, so far. There are good people in the trenches."

"Don't expect HR to communicate with you. They will not return emails or phone calls, even for internal candidates."
What don't you like about working at Avid Technology?
"I felt like an unappreciated cog in a large machine. Management treats individuals as disposable."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire middle and upper management that know the industry. Those that are there now don't, and don't care to learn it. Customers smell this from a mile a way."
