"Tel the truth, be yourself. Create drama in your design but not at your work place."

"Long commute. Unpredictable working schedule, as a result, I didn't have paid vacation or medical insurance."

"So far, no suggestions is necessary. My Art Director more then capable as a creative and administrative leader."

"This is a very good company but don't get stuck as a full time freelancer."

"Relied too heavily on freelancers. Relied too heavily on freelancers."

"Stop depending on freelancers to do the work of full time staffers."

"On the surface, NAR is a great place to work, but I sit in a black, windowless room (literally), and my boss is a passive-aggressive control freak with visions of grandeur."

"I was able to utilize my desktop publishing, design skills and work with some talented women."
What don't you like about working at Design Line Interiors?
"My boss did not know the computer well so I had to be her hands. I was not given the opportunities to show what I was really capable of doing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Provide tasks and a deadline and desired outcome. Give opportunities to do a good job."
