"What you see at first is NOT what you get."

What don't you like about working at Product Partners?

"They go against their current policies and have let some amazing people go for unjust reasons. The HR Director (Helene Klein) has brought personal issues up about employees to other employees who are not in the HR department, which is very unethical. She also is known to talk behind employees backs and judge treat them as they are below her by talking badly and using discrimination against people she doesn't like. She's racist an bitter. Not the kind of person ANYONE wants to work with."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire management who knows the job, not just talks the talk and acts as if they know the job. Also don't ever talk about another employee and his or her personal life in hopes that they won't ever know. B/c word travels fast and it's VERY unprofessional and illegal to bring up such issues to anyone who's business it isn't."
