"dull projects and under paid. lack of engineering supports. no prototyping laboratory"

"In the past, Perlick has been slow to keep up to date with technology both in manufacturing and software. This has been frustrating as business has continued to grow and it was becoming more difficult to keep up with industry demands. However, with new management over the last year, there is a definite change and dedication to keep Perlick on the cutting edge of technology."

"I have no suggestions for Perlick at this time. The company has undergone huge changes in the past year. New management has been brought on board to insight enthusiasm and a vision for the future. The company seems to be on the right track."
