"Go into the interview with the understanding that the oilfield in not an easy industry to find a niche in."

"I do not like the knowledge I am currently in a position that no longer offers enjoyment in life."

"Work with the employees to insure there is a constant growth and enjoyment in the position."

"I learned so much in my time at the college although I felt like a number."
What do you like about working at College of DuPage?
"I like working at the College of DuPage because it gives me an opportunity to use my expertise to help struggling small businesses improve revenues and retain/create jobs."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would suggest that if the person is able get the job to join a committee in an effort to network throughout the college."
What don't you like about working at College of DuPage?
"What I don't like about working at College of DuPage is that the department I work in is a grant funded not for profit organization so the pay is not enough to support my family."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My number one suggestion is to spend more capital on human resources in an effort to retain the people that they have spent so much time and effort to train. By keeping salaries at a minimum the college has a large turnover of employees meaning they have to start over with new people."
What do you like about working at Ricoh?
"The direct customer and supplier contact. And the people, my peers, were a very dedicated team."

"Utilized the available resources, mainly the experrtise of your team."
What don't you like about working at Ricoh?
"Product line eliminations.The remaining product manufacturing was re-located resulting in workforce reductions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The customers product needs are fast changing. It is inportant to continue to develop and maintain customer relationships."
