"Poor communication with employees and no clear vision of the future"

"Communicate openly and honestly to the employees. Have an open door policy. Make the employees thinkers, not mindless drones."

"ask what the sales have been over the two years and what has been the biggest challenge to growth for the business."

What don't you like about working at Gentex?

"The company doesn't have adequate forecasting which causes late deliveries resulting in lost revenues and declining sales over the past 2 years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Develop your project planning skills within R&D. Highly recommended enterprise scheduling software such as StageGate would benefit you greatly to ensure resources are available from dept transition to completion."

"I was able to developed new processes for manufacturing of new and old products."

What don't you like about working at TACO Metals?

"I love working for TACO Metals, but they laid me off after September 11th, and I had to look for another job. After three month they call me back to work, and I was already working at Polyumac, which was a great company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"One of the most important things that I always try to train management, is to find the right person for the job. Here in south florida, there are a lot of different cultures, so it's difficult to find the right person for the job."
