"love being able to solve quality problems. talk to employers about their job problem and working as a team to get better quality. public speaker every day to all managers of plant. loved saving my company thousands of money on getting things done right with very little waste if any at all. got all kinds of rewards at plant level to ford world head quarters. walked around the plant 2 miles or miles a day for my jobs. I am a people person, love to meet people, love helping people. that is very important in my jobs. I had on the job training, best way to me to do it.
