"I love the day to day challenges of being a Process Control Engineer as you are always going to learn something new, be it software, electronics, or hardware. The bad part of the job, is that it requires working a swing shift and this will vary week to week, but once adapted to the schedule, the job is highly rewarding."

Process Control Engineer at Cornell Dubilier Electronics
in Liberty, SC

What do you like about working at Cornell Dubilier Electronics?

"Working with the peoples there are very helpful should you ask for help. The plant manager is down to earth! My boss is one of the most knowledgeable people. I didn't mind taking boss's suggestions when recommended. Boss would take me up on a suggestion on occasion (which is better than a lot of places.) From past experience (of other industries worked,) a supervisor will tell you no even before you can finish stating your suggestion. Thankfully, I like to think people can and do change for the better if their heart is right."
