"I have worked with Prism Maritime for about 4 years. Prism Maritime is a small company that is quickly growing. They have kept a very positive work culture, which is my favorite component of working for this company. However, there are growing pains and it is, understandably, a challenge to transition from a small company mentality to a large company mentality. They have locations in San Diego, California and Chesapeake, Virginia and perform work worldwide."
