That they couldn't hire me like they wanted to because of an internal process that allows employees with 5 years of work to apply for higher positions if they have the desire even if they don't have the experience. So they had to promote one of the current employees and not hire me for the permanent position like they wanted to. But for that it makes them a good employer so I had no problem with it. This is a good company.
5I've worked Printronix for 23 yrs. In those years I grew with the company and took on more responsibility. I have been exposed not only manufacturing but also the plant layout and processes, and space planning and creating drawing with auto-cad in order to make the moves we needed to expand.
