"The world revolves around the York HQ. Branch offices given little in the way of resources. CEO is a 3rd generation son with a military-like mindset, you do NOT want to say anything to upset him. Everyone walks on eggshells when he is around. Upper management is filled with nepotism; protecting their own nests is the rule of the day. They are not capable of making decisions - I have witnessed 6 months of kicking the can down the road without resolving serious issues."
