I enjoy working on projects that require a lot of creativity and thinking outside the box. I enjoy making systems robust and reliable and proving that they are robust and reliable for my customers. I also enjoy the project management aspects of managing small to large projects. Learning new technology and devices is another positive aspect of my line of work."

"GE is a very process oriented organization and has many areas that people can move in."

"I do not like to be micromanaged and not have flexibility in how the work is done. I would not like to be restricted to limited flexibility to work hours."

"Management needs to be more aware of and in touch with the employee feelings about future direction."
