"The planning of the entire project development could have been more precise and well drafted to follow successful lay out and more experienced and knowledgeable managers to supervise and oversee the entire projects' phases to monitor individual group so that problems arising could be ironed out in earlier stages."

"They could give more competent managers who can guide and steer better."

"The team was a good team of specialists. There are some smart people there in their IT department."

"Don't go in there trying to save the world or the company. They are looking for worker bees not geniuses."

What don't you like about working at Prime Therapeutics?

"They would often ask for the impossible. Like coming into work after having a root canal (true story)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"This is a growing company. They are growing so fast some of their standards are lacking. (There are a lot of Access databases there. This is a big security risk.) It's good that they are growing, but more money means more risk. You need to protect yourself."
