"As one of my colleagues there said, working there is an exercise in character building. Don't expect it to last long. Typical employee turnover has been 100% annually."

"The business is a hobby for the owner who has limited business and people skills."

"Hire a skilled business manager, however it is not my place to offer such advice, especially since it would not likely be well received."
