"Pros are it is technical role, there has to be constant technical trainings needed in order to stay at the top. But it costs money, hence we are constrained by resources. I would love work in an independent work culture where there is less micro management. Poor people managers can add tremendous stress at work place."

"It was excellent being able to wear every possible type of hat necessary to make our customers happy, and I enjoyed being able to get dirty and do whatever it took to get the wins and meet the deadlines set for us. I enjoyed working with the various different people and felt that my leadership was respected and admired. My only complaint was that the sales team were forced into some very difficult schedules and were perhaps a bit overly enthusiastic in their estimations for pull-in capability."
