"It's a good company, you have to work hard, and have a good attitude about people and respect other's opinions. Broad skill bases are best. Want to be stretched to the limit."
What don't you like about working at Maxx Solutions?
"You have to keep up. It's not for beginners and you find yourself in over your head a lot."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pick a market and stick with it. Build up a little bit of a bias towards a particular niche and pursue that rather than chase lots of different types of gigs. Maybe stick with the mapping or educational arenas."
