"Cadences's reputation and performance has been poor for quite some time. I would avoid working for them except on contract basis. The company has had high management turnover, poor financial reports and weak products."

"Various forms of dishonesty among certain people within management."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It's been quite a while since I worked there, but if I was current management, I would want a more respected company in their field to buy them out."
