"Management needs to perform a once yearly site visit to keep employee morale high- as an added incentive to show their continued commitment to employees."

"There was not potential for advancement. The Contract ended and the company was unable to give employees opportunity to transfer elsewhere."

"Giving opportunities for transfers to other subsidiaries when contracts end would be more beneficial for company growth and security."

"I have been the force behind their most successful recent contract. I am firewalled from the corporate world of DST and therefore enjoy successfully directing my own show."

"Company is suffering management woes at this time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Sell current contracts and restructure or completely withdraw and begin anew"

"PGCPS has options to move around in the same role. there isnt much room to grow nor do they compensate well. Also the benefits are the lowest in the surrounding area"

"I've worked for the M-NCPPC Help Desk since the fall of 2013. The experience has taught me how to deal with a great deal of stress in the workplace while also multitasking to achieve a common goal. There are no benefits offered for part-time employees and there is limited if any room for upward movement. Micromanagement is the only source of management which can come from any one of the 12 full-time managers placed in charge of about 9 to 10 part-time employees on a daily basis."

"Too often times it can take as much as 6 months to replace personnel within the organization"
