"This company is very focused on profit margins, and not very focused on the day to day operations. It is very hard to do your job with the lack of resources available and the horrible organization. It is a slave labor environment, which doesn't promote learning or career advancement. The company tries to keep their employees happy by paying above average and providing a great benefits package but no one seems to be happy with their job."
