3 Over all an ok place to work for. Promotions and moving people up was lacking.Management where some times unrealistic in earned standard hours.And engineers wrote unrealistic earned standard hours.H.R. and employee records keeping where substandard.H.R. Lost an important certification for my carrier.Kind of a depressing oppressive work place.

2.5 This company is very focused on profit margins, and not very focused on the day to day operations. It is very hard to do your job with the lack of resources available and the horrible organization. It is a slave labor environment, which doesn't promote learning or career advancement. The company tries to keep their employees happy by paying above average and providing a great benefits package but no one seems to be happy with their job.
