They do not pay their employees correctly days missing off of checks, there is favoritism in the company as well as discrimination, and a lot of being overworked and underpaid. Wrongful termination’s even had people passing out due to heat and management did nothing about it. Also managers sleeping with employees up under the sun. This is at Dfw!"

"I've worked for PrimeFlight Aviation Services since early 2020, and while the company provides a unique work experience, it is difficult to correct mistakes that were made by previous management or from businesses that were acquired by PrimeFlight. Some contracts were made with unrealistic profit margins, and are impossible to make profitable until the next contract comes around. As a manager, it's frustrating to walk into the middle of the situation and be told there's nothing that can be done to correct the issues until the next time the contract comes up for bidding."

"The work was hard, and rewarding. The customers that needed assistance were genuinely happy to be served."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You'll want to apply if you want to be completely independent, and not want to ask anything of your employers aside from a check. Don't expect the boss to be responsive. Also, you pay for EVERYTHING at the beginning. Drug test, background check, uniform, airport ID... it's all taken out of your first check. Your first 12-16 hours will basically be to pay for the hiring process."

What don't you like about working at PrimeFlight Aviation Services?

"The boss is a pervert that would rather fool around with bimbos on Yahoo Messenger than talk with his employees. He didn't even have the common courtesy to close the window during our meeting, so I had to try to talk over my hours with him while there was a XXX conversation on the computer screen over his shoulder."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Show a little decency and at least pretend to take your employees seriously, instead of acting like they're just getting in the way of spanking time."
