"I started working for a Company called Spring Mobile, in July of 2016. Everything I experienced with that company was great, however my location was in blackout zones for vital sales, causing a difficult outreach to prospective customers. At some point in 2018, Prime Communications LLC acquired Spring Mobile, which provided advantages and disadvantages. The change did help me to transfer Markets, and be in a great position to acquire large accounts, and offer companies services that I previously could not. I will admit, Prime did not focus as much on our SaaS systems; essentially relying on business management to handle it themselves, while managing a long list of existing and new accounts. The work was more stressful, but I was able to top my region multiple times in Business Account Acquisition & Total Sales."

"During my 5 years at Prime Communications there were many ups and downs. In recent years the company has become extremely micromanaged and hard to work for. The ability to have a good work/life balance is almost non-existent. They continue to make quotas harder to reach by raising your store goals each month. If you reach and exceed your quota for one month they will make it harder to reach the next. Avoid working here if you have kids or want a social life."

"I worked for AT&T Corporate and they are an amazing company to work for. I would recommend anyone work for them. From compensation to benefits they have your back. Non-management employees are covered by the union. The only cell phone company that is union btw! They treat you so well, keep you in your toes, keep you refreshed on current promos and plans and operations, keep you learning more and challenge you to always be your absolute best!"
