Prime Innovations Employee

"This job is a scam. Let's start with the interview. First, they advertise the business as a "marketing firm" to draw you in -- it is not a marketing firm, but we'll get to that later. The president will tell you about how you are going to be a great "partner" and that he thinks you will do well in "the field" and with "clients". On the second interview, someone will take you out for coffee and tell you how you can make $300-$600 your first few weeks and after a year you will be making six figures with your own business. Then you actually start and find out that "the field" is a neighborhood and the "clients" are the people who reside in that neighborhood -- it is a flipping door-to-door sales job. There are no marketing strategies aside from knocking on a door. Furthermore, you will notice that no one is doing particularly well. Most are averaging about $300 a week, and can't even afford to have or maintain a car. New hires will not make money for at least the first two weeks, and will struggle for at least a month to get "consistent" sales-- like I said we're talking $300 a week here. Most people quit in two weeks, if you stay longer you will notice the revolving door of poor souls who were fooled. The point is, they lie about the job description and they lie about the job compensation to draw you in. If struggling as a door-to-door sales person is your thing, go for it. But be aware that you likely have some lean months ahead of you."
