"I like my job approving quotations for external customers. This allows me to work with internal customers to insure that they get the best price levels for their opportunites."

"Have an open mind about new technology (LED/SSL) and have a personal goal to do a good job."

"There has been too many structure changes with no clear vision for our future."

"Provide your employees with a company vision and goal that we can all look at and try and meet."

"It's a great place to work if you have a crystal ball to tell you what to do. The management is all over the board and decisions are made based on who's in the room at that time. I had a lot of freedom but then when I was given a project/task it came with little or no information to define the expectation."

"Challenge the sales process and set some definate processes to control things."

"Just that there is job security"

"As long as you're fresh out of H.S. this is a good stepping stone. Otherwise do not make a career out of it. Unless, you don't require a lot & don't plan on boosting your future."

"Everything else"

"They need to open their minds to the employees. Notice the troubled one's & do something about them. Acknowledge the hard workers."

"Don't go. It nearly killed me. I'm so happy that I am not there."
What don't you like about working at Kmart?
"They treated their best employees like crap. They piled the work on and made you work long hours without compensation and criticized. They fired all the experienced people because they made too much and lost anyone who knew how to merchandise."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Too Late to get back the good employees you had. That's why your stores look like crap. They don't give the stores enough hours for payroll to make the stores look good. They fired the good managers."
