"We had substantial experience in working with all types of real estate transactions. We worked with attorneys for their clients that were facing foreclosure or short sales. We completed broker price opinions on property values and typically properties sold within 5% to 10% of BPO established price. We had personnel that was experienced in underwriting and loan processing, we knew how to help listing or sales agents on difficult files and made it a win-win in closing transactions. We were knowledgeable in Real Estate; however, we kept abreast of the ever changing real estate laws and trends."
