"I've worked for Prestolite Electric Inc. for well over five years now. For quite a few years we did not receive raises due to financial hardship, which was understandable, as when we got an influx of money from a prospective buyer we were given raises. But overall with layoffs, lack of annual raises, and poor management, it isn't where it could be as an employer."
