"the fact this was my own Company and I could run things how a saw things, was my own boss was able to learn and grow with the company , built up a reputation in vegas as being one of the best that some of my clients are still calling me to do jobs for them and that it was a huge learning experience in business and operational procedures for me."

"sometimes had long hours and lots of papperwork to do , certain business and tax hassels , accounting wasn't that fun to keep the books in good condition ( had to hire an accountant)"
